NHS 24: 111 Service
The 111 service operated by NHS24 provides urgent care and advice (that isn't a life threatening situation) when your GP, pharmacy or dental practice is closed.
As well as English, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) on the 111 service is now available in the following 7 languages: Arabic, Mandarin, Polish, Spanish, Romanian, Sorani and Ukrainian.
BSL users can communicate with our services via Contact Scotland BSL, and people with hearing and speech difficulties can use Relay UK (Previously Next Generation Text) to call our phone-based services.
