Follow-up Survey – Childcare: Unmet Need (Lewis and Harris) 

NHS Western Isles recently carried out a survey asking people with a current (or anticipated future) unmet need for childcare in Lewis and Harris to provide information. 

Thank you to everyone who responded and provided details. The Health Board has since agreed to become an alternative provider of An Cotan Childcare Centre. 

We are now asking anyone who previously completed the survey (or anyone who has an unmet current or future need for childcare who did not manage to complete the previous survey) to provide further detail, for planning purposes.

The survey will close at 5.30pm on Wednesday 14^th June.  

Please complete only one response per family so that we get an accurate reflection of unmet need.
