Significant Service Interruption – Broadbay Medical Practice

Broadbay Medical Practice is getting a major IT upgrade during the week of 21 August 2023.

From Tuesday 22 August to Thursday 24 August the practice will work on a contingency basis, prioritising patients with urgent needs.

The practice's prescriptions phone line will be closed during this time, and patients are encouraged to re-order medication well in advance. Patients can order prescriptions online at https://www.broadbaypractice.co.uk/clinics-and-services/repeat-prescriptions/repeat-prescription-request/ 24 hours per day, seven days a week at a time convenient to them.
