Patients attending tomorrow's COVID Vaccination Clinic at the Lewis Sports Centre are asked to note a change on where they should park their car.  This is to reduce the walking journey for patients from car to Clinic, whilst ensuring they are walking on a flat surface to avoid slips, trips and falls.  

From tomorrow (21st January), patients attending the Clinic should park in the Sports Centre's own car park (accessing from Sandwick Road and behind the Comhairle nan Eilean Siar's offices).  From there, they will be met by our ‘Meet and Greet' volunteers who will direct them to the Clinic's private entrance.  

NHS Western Isles would also like to take this opportunity to remind those attending that they will be required to wear a face mask when they attend their appointment, unless they are medically exempt.  In addition, for infection prevention and control reasons we must stress that under no circumstances should anyone attend the Clinic without a pre-booked appointment.
