NHS Western Isles launches recruitment drive for laundry, catering and domestic staff

NHS Western Isles is currently recruiting to a number of positions in its Catering, Laundry and Domestic teams.

The posts are on the staff bank, which includes benefits such as options for flexible working and weekly pay.

All posts (15 available) are at Agenda for Change Pay Band 2 (£19,609 – £21,615), plus an annual distant islands allowance payment of £1,117.

The vacancies are suitable for individuals with good communication skills, a self-motivated approach to work and an ability to work on their own initiative.

They may also appeal to students currently studying, coming home for the holiday season or those who may be leaving school and looking for a career with security, flexibility, and excellent leave and pension benefits.
