Feedback

Heading 2

NHS Western Isles is committed to listening to and learning from patients, their carers and our staff.

Your feedback is important to us. If you have something you would like to tell us about a service, a member of staff, or if you have a suggestion or a comment, we want to hear from you about your experience.

Feedback helps us to continue to learn and improve, enabling us to provide the best possible healthcare services to the population of the Western Isles.

You can share your experiences of health and care services, good or bad, by using the national Care Opinion website. Your story might be about you, or someone close to you. You can say what happened, what was good, and what could have been better. Click here to give your feedback.

You Said, We Did is the way we publicise the actions we have taken to improve the patient experience.  It highlights the impact patients have across NHS Western Isles. We listen to what you tell us and aim to make changes as a result of these comments.  We are regularly using the feedback we receive to continuously improve patient experience.

Other examples of the changes we have done to respond to what you told us can be found here.

All NHS Boards have a legal duty to involve patients and the public in the planning and development of health services and the work of the Patient Focus Public Involvement Team work ensures that this duty is carried out.
