Vaccination Clinics

NHS Scotland recommends you get your vaccines as soon as they are offered to you.
The Joint Committee for Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has advised those eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination this spring are:
- all those aged 75 years and over on 30 June 2024 (i.e. born before 30 June 1949)
- residents in care homes for older adults
- individuals aged 6 months and over who have a weakened immune system (by or on 31 March 2024)
Those eligible will be contacted by NHS Scotland via letter, email or text message, depending on their selected communication preference throughout the programme, which runs from 1 April to 30 June 2024.
Please note that those living within the Western Isles that are house-bound or have medical issues which may prevent them from attending their appointment, should contact the local Vaccination Helpline on 0808 196 8383 to book a home appointment.

Please Note: If you require a Primary Dose of the COVID vaccine, please phone 0808 196 8383 to make an appointment. These will not be available at scheduled drop-in clinics, unless pre-booked.
