Barra Dental Clinic update  

A number of immediate checks and inspections have been carried out, subsequently allowing care to be provided within the dental surgery.  Further improvements to the clinic are ongoing and will continue over a longer period of time.  

The Board is now satisfied that services can be safely delivered in the clinic.  Emergency and urgent care is ongoing on site. For those who feel they need to be seen by a dentist, please contact Barra Dental Clinic as normal and you will be triaged on the grounds of clinical urgency. For out of hours emergencies, please contact NHS 24 on 111 as normal.  

Our main priority just now is to secure more consistent service delivery on an ongoing basis and our efforts are ongoing to secure more dentist hours on site.

We wish to apologise again to anyone on Barra who has experienced inconvenience as a result of the unavoidable temporary service changes.
